The second album I wrote I made it my "dark" era, where I basically wrote from a pessimistic POV and explored like the darker sides to things. One song was called 'Good times never last' and another 'queen of clubs', which was basically about a pole dancer who craves fame and leads a self destructive lifestyle addicted to drugs and abuse etc.
I am working on my first rap song called 'Tintinnabulation', it's still not finished but I would like to hear all of your opinions on it, and suggestions how can I make it even better etc.
CakeLikeRihanna - 'Tintinnabulation'
intro:
yo (x2)
verse #1:
i'm eating pizza for dinner
my ***** is more cleaner
gotta go to the bathroom
like vroom vroom vroom
my rhymes are so dope
your rhymes are so nope
your dick is really small
like a tennis ball
chorus:
sometimes i feel like cheese...
(oh jeez) i don't wanna be stang by bees (x4)
verse #2:
you make my ***** shake
like a pizza cake
for ****'s sake
why are you awake?
drink that drink
while i think
blink blink blink
my ***** no stink
chorus:
sometimes i feel like cheese...
(oh jeez) i don't wanna be stang by bees (x4)
bridge:
you're a
bitch bitch bitch
i'm so
rich rich rich (x2)
chorus:
sometimes i feel like cheese...
(oh jeez) i don't wanna be stang by bees (x4)
Great piece, CakeLikeRihanna! Thank you for sharing!
I just love that overarching metaphor of the [big] cheese in the chorus. Really speaks volumes about economic inequality resulting from a capitalist society, and raises the question: does a capitalistic existence necessitate inequity and and, and a result, does it therefore beckon prejudice and discrimination?
All that can be said to the "one percent" is "oh jeez." While the opulent feast on caviar and truffles, the destitute must eat "pizza for dinner." Yet, there's a more simple allure to pizza that extortionate foods lack. There exists a beauty in life that is absent in the experiences of rich. With the bridge, the line "I'm so rich rich rich" exposes the true meaning of the word "rich." "Rich" is not quantitative but rather qualitative. Even if someone's not rich financially, they can still "feel like [the big] cheese."
Wonderful work you're done, CakeLikeRihanna. A song for the mind.

Thank you so much, Tymps. I've worked so hard on it and I'm so glad someone understood the real meaning of my song.
In order to succeed, we must first believe that we can succeed. And I believe in that. I believe in my art. I believe in my music. Every single human being on this planet has a purpose in their life, and my purpose is to create music. Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything. Music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent. Music is the art of art, the glory of expression and the sunshine of the light of letters. Music is the only thing that you can share with a million million people and you don't lose, you gain. It helps you to get energy and to live long, because when your soul is very happy then you don't want to die, and when you don't want to die you want to live. So, stop everything what you are doing and let the music begin.
Not this new song I'm writing serving Shawn Mendes teas its so cute.
If you want I can you home like in the movies//
Don't ever let me go no no, I wanna prove that//
I'll be here always and forevermore//
Cause you're the one that I love//
You're the one I adore//
I was getting mad at myself because I had bad writer's block for a few months. Whatever I was coming up with wasn't up to par with any of my previous work, so I decided to take a step back and take a little bit of a different approach. I focused a little less on lyrics and more on melody for this one and just tried to make a fun cute love song instead of some profound introspective thing as I usually try to do. It's about my first ex and our eventual transcontinental long distance relationship that was really hard but worth it. It's all about first loves and naive devotion to someone
lyrics
Sailing through oceans blue
On my way home to you
Roaring waves stunt my view
But my wild heart still sails me through
Changing tides rule these depths
Long for one steady step
Even if I meet my death
I do it all for lovers' sake
I'd sail to save the truth
Each salty breath
And sandy depth for you
I'm just an ocean away,
A violet sky,
And ten thousand waves
From your umber eyes
And I say hey
From oceans away
And I say hey
From oceans away
And I say
Sinking where sun won't shine
Bailing out the tears inside
Until I breath and float through time
I'm buoyant as the love i find
I do it all for lovers' sake
I'd sail to save the truth
Each salty breath
And sandy depth for you
I'm just an ocean away,
A violet sky,
And ten thousand waves
From your umber eyes
And I say hey
From oceans away
And I say hey
From oceans away
And I say
Heyo I've found a home
Heyo I've found a home
From oceans away,
A violet sky,
And ten thousand waves
From your umber eyes
And I say hey
From oceans away
And I say hey
From oceans away
And I say hey
From oceans away
And I say hey
From oceans away
And I say
I want to start writing songs... I thought this was good when I wrote it but now I think its cheesy and cringey lol..
If heaven and hell are real like they say then I hope we end up in between
we'll be bad all night and good all day, go to bed in the fire and wake in a dream
