It makes sense, though. 2007 was nine years ago, and that was the last time she was really, really, really relevant.
She experienced great success in 2008 and 2009, but the last time she's done great promo was in 2004 and 2008 was when the new batch of pop stars started to smash.
the 80s come close though. Anything but the 90s i guess
