This film wasn't even bad I was so worried when the reviews came out.Turns out, they weren't ****.

I'd give it a 8/10 or a solid B. My ONE big issue was the first third or so of the movie, they were jumping around WAY too much. The editing needed to have been tighter. I know that they already cut so much, but some scenes The bat breaking out of Martha's tomb. for example. I can totally see the validity in this critique. I feel like I want Zack to have someone over see his editing because this should not have been an issue. I also understand the issue that if you're not familiar with DC, many things like the Flash cameo, will go over your head. On the car ride back, I had to point out/clarify a few things for my friend who was confused.

But once the 2nd act hit, it HIT. I was fully engrossed. I really love how this movie left you with a lot to discuss. I'm still mulling over some lines that were said. Also how Lex knew from the beginning who Bruce and Clark were. From the moment he shook their hands at the party, he was playing them against each other.

The fighting was amazing, Zack did that. I like how the BvS fight went. It was like a bar brawl, lol, a no holds barred brawl. Wonder Woman stole the show towards the end though. The whole theater cheered when she showed up. I love how she yelled at Superman for not doing something right and did her own thing because she's experienced at fighting. She was like a soldier.

Overall, it's a really good, solid film. Not a perfect one, but not the one that got bashed either. Would (and have) recommend.

Suicide Squad is going to be VERY interesting because of this film's ending though.

just saw this and i don't get the negative reviews. i really liked it i mean it could've been better but it was still fun. ALSO THE FLASH, CYBORG AND AQUAMAN CAMEOS HAD EVERYONE SCREAMING

Holy ****. Amazing. Just blown away. I agree that it started off slow, but the 2nd half was just heart pounding.

Wonder Woman was great, definitely ready for her solo movie. Affleck killed it as Batman. The rescue scene! He and Iron's had great scenes together.

Lois was in it a lot more than I expected, which was nice.

There were some heavy themes with Superman's power and place in the world that were handled well. The Senate hearing scene, and Supes standing there devastated was well done.

I liked how they kept mentioning that places were abandoned during the fight. Like we heard your complaints!

Lots of clapping at the end. Planning on seeing it again this weekend. IMAX show I was at, was sold out.

Just got back from viewing it. It was really bad, uneventful, and rather dull, in my opinion. Ben was surprisingly good as Batman, he's no Christian Bale, but still good, none the less. Henry is such an emotionless, one-dimensional actor. Jesse Eisenberg was so painfully bad as Lex.

The only great and entertaining character about this movie is Wonder Woman. The whole theater clapped when she finally appeared as WW. --- Even the big battle scene between Batman & Superman felt underwhelming. It really started to get ridiculous when Lex's monster was introduced . Wouldn't watch this mess again.

Okay I saw it and I thought it was good. It makes me so excited for future of the DC Extended Universe.

Anyone else thought it was silly the way they made Superman and Batman stop fighting? Literally it only took a minute for Batman to change his entire, already made up, mind about Superman after he said "Martha" lmaooooo it seemed so dumb

I really enjoyed the film and was expecting it to be the worst film ever made by how reviews were dragging it. It made me so excited for Justice League and upcoming stand alone films. Wonder Woman was great too and I can't wait for her film!

Synder's history as a director largely doesn't leave much to be desired, honestly. The action sequences were classic him though. Aside from that, the editing was rather abysmal. Seeing as how at least 30 minutes could have been cut out and still had the same effective impression.

I'd give it probably a ~7 of 10 if I wanted to try and force myself to be objective but it felt, at the time I was watching it and even now, like a 10/10.

I have to agree with all of this. Ben actually did a great job as Batman. Henry was as usual one dimensional but that's to be expected considering his character and the scripts of BVS and MoS.

The best part of the film was DEFINITELY Wonder Woman.

Um, what? The universal consensus is that Bale's portrayal of Batman absolutely missed the mark. He was the weakest/most forgettable part of all those movies. Ben completely knocked it out of the park. The most true to the comic portrayal of Batman.

You're lucky you missed the second trailer. They gave it away and it caused a huge backlash, I do think it was a big mistake now after seeing the film.
