10 Cloverfield Lane was AMAZING! I went in with greatly warped expectations because of the many negative reactions I read about the ending but I was pleasantly surprised. They did a remarkable job at making a slow burner with real suspense while incorporating dark humor, and I loved how they played with expectations and left me constantly thinking how the story was going to move any further.
10 Cloverfield Lane was a fun experience. I was high as ****, so it made the movie more intense. I'm glad I knew beforehand that it wouldn't be related to the original. I would have been pissed otherwise.
Currently watching Contracted Phase 2. I actually enjoyed the first one.
