Overall, it was cute. I really don't like Riot or QOTC or the Rick Ross song, but when I removed them, everything started to flow much better. I like it. It's not as good as her previous work, but it's a good mixtape to hold me over
Listening to the mixtape for the first time has got me asking where was the Jay-Z inspiration/sampling we were promised?? I'm only a bit underwhelmed cus I was expecting harder raps from this project. (but it's also only my first listen)
Iggy stans better get the f out of here, thanks (girlicious lead the way pls)
Now back to the music, Used to Being Alone, Big Talk, Skylar Diggins and Along the Coast are my favorites. This quality could never be achieved by some of her contemporaries, her talent cant be doubted anymore

It was originally a Jay cover project, then I think she turned it into an experimental project to hold fans over tbh.

It was gonna be a complete cover of The Blueprint but to avoid legal issues (or Beyonce having it taken down in Azealia's words) she decided to do original material altogether.
Btw anyone know what happened to the 9th track that she said would be on there AKA the prelude to Fantasea II?
"Queen of the Clubs" was cute, I really loved the climactic chorus, but I don't think I'll be using it too often. Saving "Used to Being Alone" for last, as I'm sure it'll be the best. I really liked "Can't Do It Like Me" too. This project is shaping up to be pretty solid, and I'm sure I'll love it even more with every listen / when I correctly organize them.
