Cenk just asked Bernie if Hillary won the nomination would he rally his supporters behind her, and he basically just dodged the question and said he hopes the Democratic Party "continues the revolution" and really be the party of the people of all 50 states and not just the upper middle class in the urban states.

Most people vote for whichever candidate they like the most, not for "the good of the party" or so x doesn't win the general election. Your guilt tripping isn't going to change that.

I think (otherwise perfectly sane) people are justifying voting for Donald thinking that he's only saying loud and obnoxious things to get the job, then is going to be serious/reasonable/respectful/presidential. But Hillary will be ok in the GE without them, imo.

Smh I knew he wasn't gonna be a team player (partially because he was never on the democratic team) but I hope he really kicks it into high gear for her. The problem is she's everything he doesn't like so I'm not sure if he'd want to help her. He wouldn't hurt her (after the primaries are done lol) but he wouldn't necessarily help her either from what I've seen at this moment in time.

Yet without the democratic platform he's literally a nobody. Not saying he owes the democrats (I don't care myself I'm an independent) but to use their party and when you become a sore loser it's like "well bye" that's not a good look. I hope he does help her if she wins the nomination

I'm hoping this is just him not wanting to admit he'll lose the nomination than him not gathering the troops to create a united front, once this all has wrapped up. If he doesn't in the end, I will have no words for how I will address him.

I honestly can't wait to see the new wave of Democrats make their impact and establish themselves as contenders. I wanna see who emerges at the convention that gets the people talking for future consideration.

I can see them trying to give Cory Booker an opportunity to make a splash. Julian already had his turn in 2012. Maybe Patrick Murphy? He seems to be rising up the ranks and is a contender for the Florida Senate seat. I could see him as a future candidate in 2024.

I agree, I'm ready for the new era of Dem stars. Patrick Murphy would be a great person to spotlight. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Kamala Harris get some shine.
