I asked my instructor how to finish this assignment because no business is outright going to tell a student what their assets or liabilities are, and he basically said "Just guess."

The assignment requires are also so damn vague that nobody actually knows what is required of us.

I'm leaning towards marketing and wanted to know if anyone was studying Business in any field and wanted to know how they were doing and how they liked it?!

Eh, I disagree. Law degrees are devalued, yes, but a smart combination of quality of degree and affordability of program can still lead to a successful job. Maybe not the sky high incomes some people want, but a stable one.

I study International Business - so that includes marketing, finance, strategy, accounting, entrepreneurship, information management, organisation, supply chain management, economics etc.

I'm just about finished with my first year and I love it so far. It's very interesting. Statistics can be a pain in the ass but it's manageable

Like any degree, there is a payoff. If you can get into a good school for a low cost, especially if the school has good non-artificially inflated employment numbers, then there shouldn't be anything that holds you back from law if that's what you want to do. I decided to go to a school just ranked within the top 25 instead of the two top 20 schools I got into since there was such a large financial difference(free vs 150,000 dollar tuition)
