Billboard HAS to make a separate chart for streaming when it comes to albums because a #1 album with 17,000 sales is the most embarrassing thing anyone should be celebrating about.
Yes her sales for this album are tragic but who cares? Billboard said she sold 265 million records. She is the best selling digital artist. Only Madonna outsold her and she still has more #1 than her and she will probably outsell her too. People need to stop underestimating Rihanna.
