It's confirmed second single and theyre likely asking because it moved from out the T100 to #71 (yesterday). Streams seem stable so maybe the sales bump will push it forward a bit.

Because they're streaming it instead. Work's streams are incredible- it pulled 36.9 million streams this week. By comparison, UF! got 17.9 million streams during its 6th week at #1. The week after the GRAMMYs, when TOL reached its chart points peak, it got 14.2 million streams.

Adjusting for the 94% growth of streaming over the past year, those are similar totals- Work actually beats both UF! and TOL.

Nope, masterpiece Fearless was #9, so it was T-Pain + Lil Wayne who blocked Leona.

The week before when it was at #11, it was MIA who blocked her.

Also, I don't think Better in Time was ever T10 in sales, so that doesn't seem like a very strong contender anyway.

"Work" is massive, you should know IT'S everywhere on Streaming. Even my rock-fans friends LOVE to work with this song

Yeah I think 7 Years and NO are the only 2 contenders at the moment. The other 8 songs in the top 10 right now certainly have no chance.

Fortunately, Flo is done mostly because it has peaked on radio already. Pretty impressed the song keeps gaining on Streaming (on Video Streaming specifically), but still not enough. Could at least reach Top 3 and that should be by proxy.

The only real contenders so far are "7 Years" and "NO". The first because it already was huge globally, still has a lot of room to grow on radio (and it has multi-format appeal) AND has a promising future on Streaming. Plus it already has the sales. And "NO" is having Airplay Gainer honors, pulling a fight for the top on iTunes, and there's no music video yet on YouTube. So a lot of potential left.

The rest of the Top 10 is dead. "Cake By The Ocean" is gonna peak soon, and "Ibiza" looks more like Top 5 material in the best scenario.

NO is next. Really depends how much the video impacts her sales and streaming. Plus she's doing iHeart the same weekend. Could be damaging to Work.

It'll be Meghan vs Lukas once Work buckles a bit.

That 50-55% will have to start toppling though, for Meghan to have a chance in 3 weeks.
