Idk if they're talking about Shinsadong (who did Mazic) or the Jiwon/Kibum duo who wrote and partially composed both, but I guess it's the latter.

Jiwon hasn't done much (of relevance, at least), besides a Jieun sing (미친거니(?)).
Kibum has done even less.

BUT Both wrote + composed Shy Boy and Starlight Moonlight so this changes everything.

In other news my distaste towards SM's coloured contact obsession remains as strong as ever, if not growing. Wendy looks truly tragic and she doesn't deserve it, her and Joy look like they're one step away from drooling on stage with the way those contacts make their eyes look all glossy and lifeless.

It was bad enough when they made SHINee use them beyond that first performance, but to impeach them on Red Velvet for a whole era as well is just too much. They lose their novelty so damn quick.
