They're the ones who create the storyline if they're skilled they can make a snoozefest look like a block party,for example Season 4 had a pretty tame cast aside from Natalie & Flo , yet each girl's high's was apart of the show and edited to look bad in there own way.

I beg to differ - I think they use to cast "ghetto" girls, girls who are willing to stick up for themselves, cause drama, cause a fight just for TV. But it seems like with the new generation of Bad Girls Club, they want to go for a more "real" route, like raw emotions versus fights.

I disagree I think nowadays the girls they cast are girls they choose who they producers think fans will like because they remind them of another bad girl.
S1-S4 the girls casted were more mature and weren't worried about trying to send girls home all the time they need to cast girls with more character and personality instead of super fans of BGC you can tell these girls watch BGC too any times they're so calculated

I honestly like how they're setting up this season so far...I like the intrigue, not knowing what is really going to happen. I honestly think Asia's big reveal will end up being a LIE. And FOR ONCE, the life coach is suitable! These girls are family and have issues for some, that go way back. I actually think I'll enjoy the therapy sessions this time around.
I honestly dont know why y'all are complaining so much. You act like this is Game of Thrones or something. Yes the editing was a bit messy, but I think they have a well rounded group this time around. This is how a first episode should be.. introductions, tensions building and plotlines starting. Yall want some trashy mess the first night so you get that opening fight clip, but why?  Plenty of seasons had big fights the first night(s) and ended up dull.. (season 6 anyone?)
I think Christina & Angela will end up being my faves. They are simply too fun to watch and my best friend is literally Angela, and her sister Christina. I get a good kii watching them because those are the kind of fights I use to witness all the time

Okay, so this is my first time watching BGC in like over a year.
I was too fed up and tired of it and completely missed last season. Saw a friend watching it, and figured I'd give it a shot while it's still on Episode 1 and I'm not behind.
The first episode was nice; but okay mm...
1. Very obvious the that Diamond & Olivia have some type of incest mess. It was basically confirmed when the whole "if I chose someone, I'd choose them to be exactly like my sister" quote was said after saying they were both lesbian.
2. Olivia is kinda annoying ngl. She keeps crying about her mother... but she said she died over a decade ago. Like I'd completely understand if she died a day or a month before going in the house but why are you crying everyday over something a decade ago. 
And I think she's lying about cancer. The producers talking to her saying 'We searched your medical records, and...' during the trailer made me immediately think of that. That also might be what Diamond was trying to convince her to not tell the house about, that she lied, "because we're already in enough heat".

I thought her crying over her mom's death so long ago was strange too, especially since according to her they didn't have that close a relationship? But w/e.
I don't think she's lying about having cancer though, because if she is, the backlash she would get from viewers would be MASSIVE

I hope she wouldn't lie, but why would the producers need to confront her about her medical history? She already said she had cancer, so it's not like they'd need to tell her. The only reason I can think of is the producers got concerned, went through her history, then found out she never ever had cancer in her medical history.

I thought the cancer was maybe worse than she thought and they pulled her aside to ask if she wants to leave the house and seek treatment/be with her family or something..
But you're right, we'll see soon enough

Olivia doesn't have cancer, she said that herself. She was misdiagnosed.

Idk if BGC fans are ready for incest...but my goodness diamond and liv are BROKEN.
I get nervous watching them, and I'm scared what they're going to reveal but they need serious help, and I like that they're "bad" in a different hood/disturbed upbringing, emotionally traumatised way.
I'm loving the twins, they're normal, but bring about a whole other issue of twins not being able to separate from each other and build relationships with anyone else.
Red and blonde are annoying, I don't like them at ALL! But I do enjoy the "fighting sisters" aspect they bring and the family troubles they're bringing.
I forget the other two tbh
