Different timeline. I'm going assume that since Mystique didn't kill in the last movie that caused a retcon in the timeline where certain stuff we know from the first three movie will happen, but certain other stuff are gone completely and won't be mention at all.
For example, someone mentioned that a conversation from x1 pops up in the trailer, so that is the start of them mentioning the other movies and intergrating them in this timeline. And then there is Angel who has been moved to retcon his x3 history.
