But what makes Canada so amazing, is that for certain people, prescription drugs are 100% covered, in the expense of 4% yearly deductible.

I agree that it's not ideal but it's better than nothing at all. Obamacare is a big step in the right direction. If Bernie wins people will start taking him seriously and they'll have to look at the rationale behind his ideas rather than screaming socialism in a knee jerk reaction to the term social democrat.
