It's not a conspiracy, it's a voting suppression agenda that the Democratic Party have been fighting against for years now. Elderly are significantly impacted as well. We're finally getting solid proof at how unfair these new VOTER ID Laws are. Republicans are absolute trash and threatened by the rise of their opposition, by pushing this through. They know good and well this law affects more Democrats than it does Republicans.
