Ryan, you're late to the discussion. I'll lay it out a final time.
This era is hugely successful, nobody is denying that. However for this point in her career it's serving a Born this Way era teas.
The era dried quick, lived mostly off of a hype cloud and illusion the public realized, and now her gimmick is up. Everybody is bored and tired with Adele at this point. Her singles all after Hello are/will be bombs and there's not much for this era left. It was a 3 month slay, but that's it.
If she tries to come back with this same ass sound and gimmick for a fourth time on the next album she will have an ARTPOP era. A big drop in sales, a big drop in single success, the acclaim will go down, the Awards will slip out her palms, and the public will have moved on. We will see though.
