Also isn't it pretty well established that the cost of an execution is more expensive than a prison sentence?

If the death penalty is reserved for heinous crimes with documented physical evidence and confessions, that's enough for me. Overall I don't totally oppose it, it is what it is.
I'll have to look into the tidbit about cost.

To be fair, there is/war more candidate competition in the Republican race. Donald has been getting a plurality of 37% average of votes while it is only Sanders/Clinton fighting it out on the other side. She did do very surprisingly well in terms of turnout and votes in Louisiana though Would be strange to see it go blue in 2016.

Sanders hasn't felt it at all. If I'm a Republican I would just say that the dude has never had a check without the word "government" on it and watch those favorables drop.

Nobody hits like Trump, though. And she has a lot of material to work with. I think her people believe her scandals have already been litigated, but we have new voters who haven't voted and people who have forgotten. Everyone thought no one cared about Bill's sex stuff, but his approval ratings fell after Trump attacked him.

Just tuned into the Town Hall and that answer on for the Trump question was really great. I was kinda scared she would just gloss over that he wanted 3 points, but she got 3 points and the last one was a great one that hasn't really been made yet.

The only reason we're not hearing about her emails now is because of Bernie's mercy.

@Marvin, yes I'm in it for myself only. It's a dog eat dog world, and you gotta play the heat.

Trump has a lot of skeletons too. He'll say that Bill raped women, but Donald has also been accused of rape. He'll talk about how Bill is a serial adulterer, but Donald has had several affairs, also. Anything that Trump tries to hit Bill with, Donald has also been accused of. It could backfire badly on him.

Trump has to be careful about that sort of thing in the general though...after all I believe his first wife accused him of rape.
Trump vs. Hillary would be quite nasty...but Trump would have to be careful about going at a woman too hard, even a very strong woman like Hillary. Obama stepped into it in 2008 when he told Hillary that she's likable enough, and that was Obama, a much more likable and charismatic figure. The optics just wouldn't be good.

I think Town Halls suit Hillary more because she is really long winded and takes a lot of time to develop her answers. Town Halls give her chances to do that.

Thank goodness Hillary brought up how a trump presidency would mean for foreign policy.
I for one wouldn't want someone like trump having control over are nuclear weapons & arsenal.
Many foreign leaders respect & have gone on rants/fears over
Hillary becoming president when it comes to foreign policy.
Hillary is hawkish but trump gives me world war 3 teas.

And that discussion has faded into the background for now, thanks to Bernie. GOP are too busy attacking each other to focus and combine their efforts to scalping Hillary. GE is going to make her the biggest target she has ever been. She hasn't seen nothing yet.

Gun show loopholes will not stop gang violence. Also a big no to going after gun manufacturers, that's not fair. Sandy hook and Chicago violence are totally different situations.

Why not? IT and Health is the future of mankind, and it's where the economy is leaning towards to? It'd be almost entirely stupid not to invest on IT and Health should I be in politics.
What's so bad about that?
People are losing their jobs because they invest on useless Liberal Arts, Teaching, Theatre degree when they know firsthand these areas are almost non existent in opportunities. It's not my fault they took those degrees.
But should I run in politics, I'd definitely create awareness and persuasion for these jobs in IT and Health.

She did. His response was something along the lines of "I hope it hurt"

And that is true to millions and millions of rags to riches stories out there worldwide.
Stop blaming capitalism and the rich. You have time and opportunity to become rich yourself so get your ass up and work hard.

Yes to all of this. I work 9 hours every day for free in my internship and then clock into my day job afterwards to support myself and my future. I have a medical position virtually guaranteed once I'm done with my 3 year of commitment to doing all this hard work paying 60k. I can't stand when people expect things to be handed to them for just existing. If you want better for yourself make it happen, and yes I grew up in a poverty stricken drug infested household but I used the many opportunities that makes America great to my advantage instead of waiting for a solution
