Well if Kelly debuted top 10 with 210k sales and little streaming, she should be in between that number since she'll be above Focus' opening of 113k (although it doesn't a have a music video) with decent Spotify and radio updates I think she can do it.
Say she sells ~175k and has 8 million streams + ~30 million audience impressions. I think that should be enough with your current formula.
