It wasn't nice of them to do that but on the other hand the fat acceptance movement should really stop. Being overweight considerably cripples your life - instead of acceptance, you should look for your gym card and use it. Eat smart, not anything.

Being overweight can sometimes be a mental disorder, sometimes be a result of medication that causes people to pick up weight more easily, or just plain laziness and diet. However while being overweight has 3 different causes, anorexia is purely a mental disorder. and i clearly explain in the comment you crossed out, why majority of people in this thread are laughing so maybe next time read the complete argument instead of stopping at the first half.
