How would you guys feel if she cover We are the champions or do we will rock you in full?
(I hate her doing cover on tour. Since we pay to se her and her discography! Then she dont sing Sweet dream a huge radio smash WW, Deja vu a fan favorite and hit, Listen one of the most recognizable song from her or DIL one of the fan Favorite.) But I was hearing those song and the first one with her vibrato she can do sometging special specially in a stadium tour with everybody singing along.
I just watched the new K.Michelle video and it make me realize that its literally CRAZY how much of an influence DC’s sing-rapping style has had on pop music. I know people here love to downplay it or turn a blind-eye to it, but whether or not they were the first to do it, they made it popular and it’s still the blueprint for so many songs in pop music. Especially R&B-Hip-Pop. Not to mention that the whole “I’m a liberated woman who doesn’t need a man’s money” thing is always a theme and so DC.
Oddly enough I'm fine with partition being left off
The song is one of my faves but I feel the same way. Unless she performs it in a completely new way that doesn’t involve distracting lighting then it’s not necessary for me. I’d love it to be done with a Freakum Dress-level fierceness though.
