I'm saying that Work is responsible for the SPS making Anti it #2, rather than where its actual sales position would put it, #9-12. If we were to take away Work, including its effects on the sales of the album, yeah Anti's sales would decrease, but considering 18k sales is all it can decrease, not by much.
What have I missed? Why is everyone so hurt by streaming contributing to album sales? This is the direction music is going (unfortunately). Pure album sales have been declining every year, while streaming has been increasing. Did yall not think this would eventually be reflected in statistics if it's one of the major forms of consumption?

Yes, Billboard still mentions sales. They mentioned it when the "Descendants" soundtrack became the lowest selling #1 album last year, and that's why Rihanna might break this record next week.

gone are the days when one heard a song on the radio you liked and the only way to hear the rest of the album was to buy it in full. Imagine how many people back then where forced to buy an album because of a great first single only to find that the rest of the album was trash? Artist dont get that anymore, soon as your album's out at retailers its out on every streaming service, its on *******s sites, youtube... im surprised albums sales are still a thing considering you could get them for free.
