And regarding exercise: Something I've started doing recently for exercise is walking. It's better than nothing and quite frankly I don't think it should even be looked at as "better than nothing" to be honest with you. Walking has proven to be an extremely effective form of exercise which doesn't require one who may not have a great amount of energy or motivation to do as a form of exercise.

no, don't worry, that's actually something i'm pretty proud of myself for. in case you're curious of what it actually is, i have anxiety and bipolar disorder. i went through a lot of hell with it when i was younger, but i'm at least somewhat more well-adjusted now.
and seriously, thank you. it means a lot.
and maybe i should start doing that, especially starting before it gets too hot for me to exercise outside. walking around campus does usually clear my head a little, actually.
