Dr. Luke has not been proven innocent by a judge. The rape trial is in 2017. The ruling that happened two weeks ago was an injunction allowing her to record w/o his financial involvement, and it was over-ruled.

Also, outside of SYG, nobody is really calling him a rapist outright. If it's okay to say in a Kesha beach picture thread "Wow, she looks awful" why isn't it okay to post "Dr. Luke sure seems like a rapist" after Kelly Clarkson and (in a few days) Marina have made statements testifying to his evil nature?

You can claim you believe Dr. Luke is a rapist if you'd like to or you can claim you don't believe it. ATRL isn't a forum where people can't have their own opinion, what kind of Third Reich mess.
