I do get that, but it still kills the credibility of the billboard hot 100 chart for me. I've always hated the streaming rule from the get-go, but I would at least think they would've figured out **** by now with tracking every single stream. If you are not able of receiving all data of every streaming first- second or third party application then you shouldn't count in streams at all.

The singles and the album it seems were boring and not really the best Kelly has to offer. Nothing shady meant. I hope her next album is better, she's made some of my favorite Pop songs ever.

This isn't really logical to say "if they can't figure out how to count every stream on the internet don't include Streaming".

There's some digital sites that sell music that Soundscan doesn't track. So they shouldn't track digital sales according to your logic?

Soundscan doesn't track anything 100% from everywhere. It's just not possible. They can't help it if if the data isn't given to them. Streaming is the current main way to consume music so they're gonna include it and to the best of what they include.

It is her labels fault for not putting the video up correctly.

I agree about the first 2 singles being boring/not good, but PxP (song) is one of the top 5 on the album. The album itself isn't that great of album, either, but there are 5-6 really good songs, PxP being one of them!
