She can definitely release the album within the next couple months (May at the latest), do promo, handle a couple single releases, and possibly do a summer tour for the US from June to August followed by a tour in January 2017 for Europe and the rest of the world after shooting finishes. Shooting usually starts around August / September so she could easily do promo at the same time if she has a smaller role than last season.
But Ryan tends to give a complete 180 in terms of characters (except Jessica) every year, so what if Gaga is this like naive blonde who is timid and turns into this hero by the end which plays against The Countess, who was this strong villain / anti-hero.
