Whether he won Super Tuesday isn't even arguable though. He lost pretty ****ing badly all things considered.
The pledged delegate count was about 507 to 346 in the end, bringing the pledged total to about 598 to 411. That's almost a 200 delegate difference, it's not a gap Bernie can easily close - at all.
The count including superdelegates,
who do not traditionally switch at any point before someone concedes, is even more massive, at about 1055 to 433. There's no way the either Super Tuesday or the race as a whole can even begin to be spun in favor of Bernie.
