If she is indicted (extremely unlikely) what happens to all the delegates who are pledge to her? Can they vote for whoever in the DNC?
Can we please stop talking about her being indicted? for god sakes it will never happen. its just the ridiculous rhetoric spewed by the republicans to make her look bad.

On another note im seriously laughing at how hard the republicans are scrambling at the thought of a Trump nomination. Trump even went after House speaker Paul Ryan and said that there would be trouble if he messes with him.
I want to start with the fake outrage over Hillary saying she had respect for Henry Kissinger. I particularly saw this from Mike91.
While a controversial Secretary of State and not someone many people favor, he was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize for negotiating a ceasefire and ending the Vietnam War. That is worthy of respect. And if I were POTUS, Secretary of State or anything of the sort -- I would probably have at least a general respect for everyone who held the position before me, due to the fact that I would understand the tenacity needed and the immense amount of stress and pressure one would be under in that job.
Gotcha and that's fair enough. I just see too many people discredit her and go as far as to insinuate that HRC is racist, thinks of blacks as a lower class, and/or hasn't done anything for people of color. Things like that baffles me to no end. I for one know she's a flawed woman, it's part of what has made her such a polarizing figure. Watergate and her back-and-forth on trades specifically, frustrates and angers me at times. I have to give her the side-eye whenever the topics come up.
Dr. Cornel West and Killer Mike have been the worst kind of surrogates for Bernie Sanders this campaign cycle. Their messages have rung hollow partially because of their antics. Attempts to try and bridge over the support into the African-American community have been terrible. Those two people serving as the liaison for Bernie is just too much for me. Dr. West's loopy behind is the worst kind of black activist; the same man who praised Obama, but turned on him in typical fashion going as far as calling him a "Rockefeller Republican in blackface." And had some other quite ignorant comments about President Obama. Then Killer Mike on Twitter trying to say sarcastically that they can't use or say uterus word because it's the new "N******." Like, negro, PLEASE! I think Erica Garner was a GREAT decision on his part to have hit the campaign trail for him. It's like Hillary with the five mothers whose sons' deaths help birth the BLM movement. They were such effective and authentic surrogates to have at events.
Another topic I want to hit on is this black on black support shaming that has been going on. It gets tiring when blacks shame fellow blacks for supporting Hillary in this election without innuendos of being "low information voters." Yes, it's partly "sticking to what's familiar," but also sticking to, "what have you done for me lately?" approach as well. On top of that, for me personally, I just think she's the better well-rounded candidate of the two. The Clintons outreach to the black community is more recent than Bernie's. Not to his own fault though, he does live in Vermont.
Wow you make some great points. I pretty much agree with it all.

Needless to say though, once this primary wraps up, I sincerely hope that whomever the nominee is, everyone gets behind the nominee. Everybody can say what they want, but when Barak continued to stack delegates, Hillary backed off and fully got behind Obama at the convention, mending fences and uniting the party. The Clintons are team players and supported their party. Bitterness may have been there, but they worked hard behind the scenes and on the trail to help Obama win in 2008 and 2012. He couldn't have won without Hillary's supports, just like she wouldn't have been able to win without his supporters. 2007 and 2008 was a NASTY primary season, but they kissed and made up in the end. The party united in blue. I hope that happens this time as well. Some Bernie fans have me worried and sometimes their shortsightedness is frustrating. This whole argument of Hillary not being able to win without their votes, but it works both ways. Bernie can't win without Hillary's supporters either. The tide must and needs to change in April. A Trump or Cruz presidency is NOT an option.
I really don't think they'll all get behind her but who knows. A few months could change things.

If only the Republicans had superdelegates, then Trump wouldn't be an issue

I dislike Trump as much as humanly possible but the fact that he has the entire republican party shook has to be the best thing ive seen in a while. Instead of putting forth common sense policies and solutions to domestic issues the Republican party has spewed nothing but hate and disapproval for everything. They created the anger in their own party and now this is their karma. Its deserved.
The GOP only hates Trump because they know their money won't influence him and they can't force him to do what they want It's just drawing people away from the entire party tbh. They'll vote Republican because Trump is but they won't support other members of the party. The GOP should really stop and realize that Trump is their only hope at a Republican winning November.
Another reason I take Hillary over Bernie is our global presence would suffer immensely. I mean, he's practically barren on foreign policy and that just doesn't fly with me. When I look at Hillary, I see a brilliant global leader, someone who knows how to deal and work with other heads of state, someone who understands the role of the US in global matters, someone who understands when we must lead and what steps we must take. I mean, she has inspired me to possibly major in International Relations.
I look at Bernie and I see someone who wants to "break up the big banks".

the funny part is Republicans don't even realize that THEY are the root of the anger in their own party. They wanna act like all of the anger and vitriol is a direct response to the Obama administration but the real problem is that THEY sat on their hands for 8 years and refused to get anything done all in hopes of derailing Obama's presidency all the while stoking the fear and divisiveness within their own party and NOW they're shocked that their base is dissatisfied with the establishment lol no **** ya'll didn't get a damn thing done, literally the most useless and incompetent Congress in recent memory
Yeah, this surface level, non-comprehensive, cheap & banal trolling you've been pulling for the last month was cute for the other girls but you can cut it.

Exactly. I literally cringe with Marco and Rubio say thins like we don't want another 4 years of Obama's failed policies Its like what policies? you guys didn't even pass anything! of course the Republicans agree. Their party is basically hollowed out shell of false nationalism and dated religious ideologies.

True but I still maintain Trump is Republicans best path forward towards rebranding itself should he become the nominee and get elected.
There's no logical reason for the FBI to even recommend indictment if Hillary herself didn't violate laws.
And she likely didn't.
She didn't violate laws. What she did was entirely legal. This is all just a scandal to try to stop her from becoming president. People need to move on from this "issue".

Why would the FBI and Obama's DOJ want to stop her from being president?
