Primary turnout doesn't mean much right now. Most Dems are okay with Hillary or Bernie, and most Dems have assumed that Hillary has the nomination sealed up, so the excitement is not there.

The GOP, on the other hand, is in the middle of a civil war. There are many voters who will only vote for Trump, and there are just as many who will vote for anybody BUT Trump.
