I wonder when Iowa is going to finally lose its spot as the first in the nation. The last three Republican winners there have been absolute bombs. That state has become irrelevant.
Some people are predicting Rubio will take Virginia
i wouldn't be that surprised, actually. there's a pretty big population of moderate conservatives here (basically pretty much every conservative in the urban areas) that would be turned off by trump and cruz. the people voting for trump and cruz mostly live in the backwoods hick places. (i've driven through those places and they're actually kind of hilarious. like, there are places where the local grocery store is a gas station. mess)
Bernie spent a lot of money there because it's white people so he knew it was one of his only hopes for a state win.
Wow, y'all drag Marvin for dismissing SC but let this slide. A state with one of the highest Native American populations in the nation, as well as substantial Black and Latino populations. You're truly sad
Why are you embarrassing yourself like that? It's not an excuse, it's a fact. He spent double the amount of money there than she did. I'm not judging him for it, that's how you try and raise more votes in places. It's a tactic everyone uses, I'm just saying that the race tightened over there because of it.
I agree with this woman saying conservatives are getting more progressive and lessen their "purity" and their attachment to religious traditions.
Funny how republicans are being more progressive than some of these socialists who thinks their way is the only way, and get riled up if someone criticizes Bernie.
He's spent double the amount of money there than Clinton, so the race tightened quite a lot.
which is exactly why bernie is losing in virginia even though i've personally seen a lot of support for him here (if my facebook feed is any indication...literally constant bernie memes...please make them stop...). he didn't spend any money campaigning here at all while clinton campaigned in the core democrat areas (NOVA and the hampton roads area). i maintain that bernie made a bad decision there, because there are tons of democratic delegates in virginia and NOVA is basically the key to winning the entire state overall in the primaries (and even in the general election, since it's the most populated area of the state by a pretty large margin)
