i haven't been able to find any polls on how bernie vs hillary are doing in NOVA specifically yet. and if i'm going by 2008 election results (which are the best source i have because stupid virginia is secretive with this stuff >_>), 60% of voters in fairfax county voted democrat, and 70% of arlington did, and 57.5% in prince william did. 60% of fairfax is well over 600,000 people (which is still more people that in any other county in virginia), and i know less people will vote in primaries than general elections, but the percentage compared to the rest of virginia will probably be pretty similar.

the reason i'm mentioning this is because NOVA has a large percentage of the democrats in the entire state, so winning it is incredibly important for either bernie or hillary.

apparently bernie didn't campaign much in virginia, which i think, to be blunt, is pretty stupid. virginia has a ton of delegates and more democrat delegates than republican ones by a large margin and is a rapidly changing political climate so it can really help or hurt him. meanwhile, hillary went to both NOVA and hampton roads, which are both the two most populous areas in the state and the two biggest democrat bases. so that might give her an advantage.

I've already started doing my part and gave some funding for Jason Kander against my current junior senator Roy Blunt. Would love a Democrat leaning senate. One of the best things Hillary has done has been using her money on down-ticket races and helping newcomers into the party.

I actually didn't see it yet, mostly because I don't pay attention to GE polls this far out from November as most political pundits will tell you. I also am still in school and won't be home until another 6 hours. But I'll post it if no one else does

National poll: Clinton, Sanders both top Trump

Clinton tops Trump 52% to 44% among registered voters. That result has tilted in Clinton's favor since the last CNN/ORC Poll on the match-up in January.

But when the former secretary of state faces off with either of the other two top Republicans, things are much tighter and roughly the same as they were in January. Clinton trails against Rubio, with 50% choosing the Florida senator compared to 47% for Clinton, identical to the results in January. Against Cruz, Clinton holds 48% to his 49%, a slight tightening from a 3-point race in January to a 1-point match-up now.

Sanders -- who enjoys the most positive favorable rating of any presidential candidate in the field, according to the poll -- tops all three Republicans by wide margins: 57% to 40% against Cruz, 55% to 43% against Trump, and 53% to 45% against Rubio.

I just watched a video on Facebook that had a reporter go up to Trump fans with a pamphlet he had made, which was full of quotes from Hitler but he told them they were by Trump. Every single person agreed with the quotes and the last guy, after finding out that they were from Hitler, said that he doesn't agree with Hitler saying them, but would agree with the quotes if Trump said them.

Honestly, Trump supporters seem to be complete morons. It's horrifying.

It's a little weird but the contests aren't proportional truly. They are only proportional if you reach 15% threshold. After that you are guaranteed at least 1 delegate
