10 years into Britney's career, she had good album sales, single success and a successful tour. Right now, Rihanna is smashing with Work and ANTI is selling pretty well. Her tour didn't even start, so it's too early to judge that. All effortless too.

They're still young. The true test occurs around their mid 40s. Madonna managed to reinvent herself for a moment, but overstayed her welcome in the pop arena. Certainly don't see that for Brit, probably not for Rih seeing as she's not even 30 and she's already visibly exhausted.
