After his death, a bunch of the parents confessed that they forced their children to lie in order to get lawsuit money out of him. Plus it's a bit strange that they sued him and were trying to get money out of the ordeal, instead of, you know, getting him sent to prison.
Not sure about you, but if an older man touched my kid, I'd make sure that he would be rotting in a prison cell, not signing me a check. Either way, Gaga's a huge hypocrite.
