Who cares if it's radio friendly let's be honest, I mean if you want generic pop stuff go check for another artist.
If this is the music Iggy wants to make, then it sounds good to me. I personally think it sounds fine from the 2 snippets we've heard so far.
I guess people expected some dr Luke straight up pop from iggs and she didn't. I guess that's why she worked with drugs cuz people really expected her to go the easy route again and even in this case I doubt it'd be so "not radio friendly" there's a reason why this was chosen as the lead even when it was said her lead was gonna be a Max Martin track that most likely didn't even make the final cut.

It was chosen as single because it was up in charts + Live VEVO video popularity That's what they should have done with 'Work' by Iggy instead of releasing Black Widow. But as everyone said. No single should be generic just to fit what's in the radio. You can create a new pattern and make other artists follow!
