She is already huge on AC and HAC radio, but yes, she needs a signature memorable ballad in the next album. That's one of the few things she still lacks but if she does it correctly could win her Grammys and acclaim. She has it in her I think.
I knew Work would be a Top 5 hit the first time I heard it. So many people were focusing on the babbling wa wa wa wa not realizing that is the same exact earworm that her trademark na, na, na, na, na is. I was surprised however she managed to go to #1 so quickly without a Grammy performance or video.

But no one actually gives two ***** about her outside of that. She's not talked about a lot. She isn't referenced a lot. She doesn't make headlines, like most of the other girls do.
