Right.
I'll never understand "guilty until proven innocent", even for rape. There are probably more OBVIOUS cases, but this one is not it (considering the shady character of Ke$ha's lawyer, the nature of the lawsuit (i.e. not CRIMINAL charges), and the sought after result of this trail (i.e. getting out of a contract...while Dr. Luke walks away to... rape another person??)
It doesn't make sense.
