It is soooooo bad.

Pop radio here works really monetarily; songs that nobody actually likes will get to the Top 20 if they're a big enough name/with a big label. See: Demi Lovato, "Out Of The Woods", Ellie Goulding (I honestly do not understand how she's managed to stay relevant for this long although her most recent album selling same first-week as Avril Lavigne's 2013 album kinda shows that people do not use. )

I actually started listening to AC Radio for the first time because their playlist is better than Pop's at this point.

Madonna actually does get played on AC. Was shocked to hear her once or twice! All the other formats never play her ofcourse.

Yeah, radio is terrible now on like every format. And the stations here that play only old hits always play the SAME five ones omg.
