I just hate the theories of rape culture proving themselves here, at least, in the case of the Luke supporters.
I'm not entirely positive he raped her, but I'm inclined to believe Ke$ha and understand the difficulties with the situation & her position in it regarding the lack of proof & alleged intimidation.
And that she has nothing to lose with this, while Luke's career is at stake. His "She wants more MONEY!" defense is ridiculous.

Katy is ****ing over either way and that's why her fans are crying 24/7 here defending a rapist. I can't even describe how disgusted I am that people like this exist.
The problem with the whole Kesha situation and the backlash toward Sony that's come as a result is that Kesha being let go from her contracts all comes down to Luke, not Sony, and I honestly can't see him renegeing no matter how bad the backlash gets.
If he lets her go, it'll come across as something of an indirect admission of guilt and it'll completely destroy whatever shreds of a positive reputation he has left.
