It's common knowledge that the deposition video has been around since 2011 to her stans and certainly Luke.

It was brought up in the trial on Friday, which is why Kesha claimed that she was scared so she lied. This is only new tea to the uninformed GP. Both Kesha and Lukes lawyers have known about this since the lawsuit.

That deposition video was at her CAREER peak and TMZ has already reported, from her lawyer himself, that she lied because Luke told her he would ruin her career and life if she ever said anything about the rape.

Luke's biggest reason for suing Kesha back? "She's in it for the money!!"



Luke made her. He already takes all her money which is why she tours to like, colleges and stuff.
He forked himself into producing her TV show, took that money.

Luke won't let her go because he is doing what he said he would (try to) do all along: ruin her career/life.

It's a good excuse if she can find a way to prove Luke threatened/scared her into lying, which she hasn't done so far in the eyes of the law (hence them denying the injuntion)
