I was going to get away. But she can always do a Friday release and 3 day digital exclusive so it don't "leak" by Monday the physicals could be distribute. Only lead single on spotify, apple music and tidal(whole album). But the fear of leaking can be minimize if she gets us a pre-order...which mean announcement press release etc...

After all that happened to Kendrick this year I don't think Bey cares about the Grammys anymore and we shouldn't either. She's going to make it really political and the old, boring white men in the committee will surely have none of it.

She still went and presented this year after the ST snub and after they didn't nominate her submitted work. I don't think bey is gonna give up on the Grammys just because she lost, I mean like at the 4 injustice. Maybe they'll treat her like Beck and give her the award because of her legacy

Yeah I don't think she worries about any award for that matter. She just does what she likes and what she feels and if it ends up being rewarded by awards it will be fine, but she is in such a different phase of her life and her career that she wants to make history, rather than just quick little slightly memorable moments that most of the business cares for.

Bey wants AOTY or for her work to be recognized as much as any other artist. Y'all need to re-watch the ST docs, sometimes you lose and it happens for a reason, 4 was snubbed we got ST who knows if she would've recorded it otherwise, ST was snubbed and we're getting this woke album. She's been pushing her craft to new levels and I'm sure the reception each album receives plays a part.
