Some girls on this thread sound a little biT upset ..
Because that ****ing Rihanna reign is just not letting up anytime soon.
She has the ear for hits still 11 years later, the ability to even make an entire album out of them when she wants, the versatility and talent to pull off any genre, in a way the history has never seen.
Deal with it, she's perched there, not going anywhere, and for a really, really long time
Rihanna OWNS her masters. That's real boss sh!t.
She doesn't need to slave on long tours and all that stuff to make $$$.
Unlike yiur favs, she OWNS her music.
Love Rih and the song but I'm honestly confused about this too. I'm not in the US so not sure what it's cultural impact or radio airplay is like there but, can someone give the stats? It didn't even have an MV, was its Spotify streams really strong or something?
um
My flop fav would be #1 too when she releases a dancehall single with the hottest rapper when there's no competition
LMAO. This doesn't make any sense at all. 1. Dancehall isn't even a full-blown trend right now, and 2. Drake's only other #1 hit was a guest spot on a Rihanna song, too.
My god Rihanna got dragged a tiny bit for a beyond messy album campaign & y'all can't handle it at all. I'd hate to see how you guys would act if Rih got dragged like Gaga, Britney, etc.
