Playing Devil's Advocate, Luke didn't really provide any watertight refutations. All rapists have mothers, many also have sisters and children. Geragos is a celebrity lawyer so he will represent whoever is willing to pay him. Kesha may have claimed Luke didn't have sex with her or anything but she had cause to lie to protect her livelihood

It could tell us if the abortion Kesha's talking about went through or not. To know the age of his kid(s) + the date on when she said it. There's also the fact that she was his WIFE but now his GIRLFRIEND. I'm not sure what went down there but hey, it might be because of the abortion drama or something. He also has one kid with her and someone else judging by what he said. However I have no idea where his other kid came from and the backstory behind it or anything.

This all is quite a reach but Luke's past is EXTREMELY foggy. If what Kesha said is true, Luke's girlfriend would be the #1 witness to call in but I feel she'd have a bias for Luke. She holds all of our answers, though.

Anyway, I believe he did rape her and to be forced to work with your abuser/rapist would be emotionally tasking. The whole "it came out of nowhere" argument is so absent minded. If he doesn't fight the allegations people will believe that he raped Kesha. They are doing so right now! If he's innocent, he has no choice but to defend himself in a court of law.

Another reason is that he works with a lot of women, if he doesn't fight these allegations, anyone could try to get out of a contract by claiming he abused them.
