Honestly right now I don't know what to think, what if Kesha's lying? I know Dr Puke is a ugly rat person for being a bully with some artist but what If hes not a rapist?
See those questions, it means you're actually willing to hear both sides before jumping to conclusion based on literally nothing but the word of someone else. You'd actually be able to make it onto a jury.
Y'all, @ that deposition photo. I'm desperately trying to find Dr. Luke's family/how old his kids are but I can't find ANYTHING from google searching. Depending on the date of the deposition saying he wanted an abortion I can see if it actually went through or not. He also said in his tweets ''I have a daughter, and a son with my girlfriend'' meaning his two kids are from different moms.
And considering in the deposition the mom is stated as his wife but she is now his girlfriend, something had to have happened. They most likely got a divorce but who knows what the reason behind it is?
If we could find out any info about his family this deposition photo could tell us a lot. It could either be more strong support for Kesha's statement, or, sadly, it'd be strong support that she's lying.
Say he didn't do it... EVEN THEN, I don't understand why he's fighting this contract still. Is it worth it? I think not. No matter what the truth is, how are they going to work together after this? Let her go.
Besides that, I believe a woman when she says she feels threatened by a man. How on earth could anyone turn a deaf ear to that?

I'm kinda conflicted about this case still. He makes good points, but like others have said, why was Kesha's deposition regarding Luke focused on rape and sexual allegations in the first place. Also why are so many high-status celebrities that have worked with him in the past coming out against him or discontinuing working with him after many have had major success with Luke. Everything on his side doesn't add up neatly either
Hospitals and doctors are only required to keep records for up to 7 years and then destroy them I think. if this happened before 2010, they could be long gone
I've worked in a hospital. Records like that aren't destroyed. They will keep drug histories for up to 10 years in some places and some are archived forever. It's all dependent on hospital policies. If she was a minor when the drugging occurred, they would still have it on file. They would have to. They would have also had to report it authorities.
The way society and people like you treat rape victims is the reason why most never come forward. Reporting a rape is one of the most humiliating, painful and life ruining actions - often described as worse than the rape itself.
Well she reported it so it doesn't matter. She should've done it after the first time he "raped" her.
It looks like she's lying. I love her music, but her personality is a mess and I wouldn't be surprised if she wants his money and to end his career. Sorry. Rape is brutal, but we need evidence.

Of course they should... I didn't, though, it's not that easy... Imagine all your friends and family finding out, all the drama with the police, not being able to prove it most of the time, having to relive it constantly, not being believed... you feel disgusting and traumatized enough as it is, you don't need the extra drama
The only thing wrong WITH EVIDENCE here is the kind of contract Kesha is bound into. The contract is purely and utterly impractical, unfair and ruthless.
I say the industry should come together and help formulate restrictions on the kind of contracts new artists can sign because Im sure a lot of other young artists are signing such filthy contracts as we speak out of desperation.
As far as Luke is concerned, the highly likely allegations against him HAVE NOT BEEN PROVEN IN THE COURT OF LAW as of now and he remains innocent until proven otherwise. NO MATTER HOW OBVIOUS OR TRUE YOU THINK IT IS.
Dr. Luke has a right to defend himself as no solid evidence has come up.
That being said, all support by celebrities and the fans has been against the judgement, not on whether or not Luke is a rapist. The judgement is immoral, but is backed by contractual evidence. The judge must have gone ahead and released her of her contract till the final judgement is out, there wouldnt be any irreparable consequences as if she loses (HYPOTHETICALLY) her final case in 2017, she would have a sustained career and she wouldn't be filling the accused's pockets while doing so. The benefit of doubt should have been given to Kesha, but the same must be given to Luke as of now too.
