The celebrities supporting Kesha (for the most part) aren't saying "Luke raped Kesha", they're expressing how awful it is for label execs to punish Kesha for coming forward with the allegations.
No, most of them are anti Dr Luke and were vocally so. There are no punishment by record label execs, this is Hollywood. Even Michael Jackson was denied to get out of his contract by Sony. They are just doing what they've always done to Kesha. Her rape allegations have little to do with it.
Everyone is in favor of Kesha because they want SONY and HIM to let her out of her contract! It seems unfair to most of us that they're forcing her as an artist to keep working for someone that she clearly doesn't like or feel comfortable being around and not because he is being wrongfully acussed of rape.
I believe Kesha wholeheartedly but reading this still made me feel a slight twinge of sadness. I wish there were some way they could both be telling the truth somehow.
