This specifically makes me think he's more guilty.
Kesha denying that he raped her initially isn't proof that he didn't rape her but the fact that it was a question asked in a deposition surely suggests someone else thought he did.
She trapped herself by signed the deal in the first place.
And now that she's not even getting any money for him, he & Sony are being cruel by trapping her in it. She was 18; she was young & ridiculously foolish at the time.
So in the 2011 deposition why was she being asked about it? To me it doesn't disprove anything and only furthers my belief that she's telling the truth.

Now we need to find out why? Did SONY investigate this case in 2011 privately? Has somebody else come forward about Luke assaulting them? Did they interview Kesha about it because she was close with him?
