A clinically obese woman can't just wake up in their haus one day and say "I'm gonna become as skinny as Angelina Jolie" and make it happen. It's important to set realistic targets

I think you're being pessimistic. I believe in change. If you want to change your metabolism and eating habits, you can make it happen. This whole "fat gene" culture is deadly 4 society. It's just like stanning. If you can go from being an obsessed stan (For instance buying your favorite artist's music repeatedly, requesting his music on radio religiously, giving out interviews on how much you like him and his music etc.) to being indifferent then the same can be applied to food. If you set up some sort of thinking system that dictates that you can never change, then you're bound 2 fail. I support anything that can lead people towards a better future/life.
