I disagree. Diets require a lot of self-control and commitment to have results. And with all due respect, if a woman becomes obese it's most likely because they've had a lack of self-control over their eating habits

A clinically obese woman can't just wake up in their haus one day and say "I'm gonna become as skinny as Angelina Jolie" and make it happen. It's important to set realistic targets
