Ya I used to think the same thing. But the song is about pining for a connection that isn't there. The mood of the song is so fittingly wistful like that, reaching somewhere but never quite getting there. I might be looking too much into it.
I was never really here for OC, maybe it's because I don't really care for cute stuff and concept but more the songs or maybe it's because I never really cared for Lezzy or AS very own screech. And let's be honest, nonbody really checks Nana's vocal. Even if she can at some extent hold a tune, her role has always been to stand there and look pretty.
It's perfect for their lineup / vocal abilities.
