I think Post, Debut and Volta are ''only'' cute.
Post feels like it's 90% made out of 1:50 minute songs with 5 lines of lyrics. Nothing holds the songs together. Some really strong tracks, though. (Army of Me, Hyberballad, Enjoy, Cover me...)
Debut is cute to listen to but it doesn't really leave an impression on me. But it's been growing on me.
Volta has many great elements, these horns for example. But it's a bit boring if you listen to the full album.
All her other albums are 10/10, though.
Post will always hold a special place in my heart because it was my first Björk album but I get where you are going with your description. I love Volta tbh. I don't find myself listening to it as much as the rest of her discography but whenever I put it on I'm always surprised how much I actually love it.
Plus it has Declare indepence,Earth intruders and Wanderlust which are 3 of her greatest songs imo.

I honestly feel like Katy has outgrown Dr. Luke a bit and should start working with a greater variety of producers.

I think she can get hits without him and I really do hope she steers clear of him, but Katy + Luke (+ Max) still is/was a pretty potent combination. I'll miss the sound they had.
