As an album 1989 is better than any Katy album, but so are Taylors last 3 records. In terms of singles though, TD had a much better run and I am not speaking commercially. 1989 had SIO and Bad Blood which are the top two worst singles of her career.

The only good 1989 single was style and even that was kind of mistreated. TD singles era remains untouched.
