Right, and under circumstances where the accused retaliates so self-assuredly. And counter-sues for defaming his character.
Given what I've gleaned of Dr. Luke, I have my opinions of what I suspect happened, but "rape" wouldn't be the word to describe it. Emotional abuse and (sexual) manipulation are probably better words for what I'm thinking. (i.e. Cohercing her into sex using the power imbalance in their relationship).
