He shouldn't have been unbanned, he still had 12 points, so was re-banned.
I thought a user could come back with 10-19 points, then if they reached 20 they'd be permabanned, or went back down below 10 and got 10 they'd be rebanned again?
Question, I requested a beta key to test to the new beta site a little while ago but never used it, can I use it the next most recent time the site is open?
